Got my toes in the water...

This weekend we gave the beach another shot.  Last time we took a trip down there Henry was about a month old.  Needless to say we didn't get much R n' R.  This time was a completely different story.  We actually made it to the beach and Henry loved it!

Henry loved the pool.  Well maybe he didn't LOVE the pool..but he didn't cry so we consider it a success!

Don't you love this adorable swimsuit.  Lora and I found it while shopping during our lunch break.  It is a diaper swimsuit combo so he didn't have to wear a diaper too.  The hat is hilarious!!!

Henry had lots of daddy time at the condo.  We took him on the boat and he was all smiles!

We also met our friends Ann and Pat for lunch at Manci's Antique club in Daphne.  It had been featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.  It was a total DIVE!!! The food was delish and it was great catching up with our sweet friends.  It was the first time Henry met their adorable Baby Tallie.  She is almost nine months old!!! I wish we lived closer so we could spend more time together!  Before we left, Ann remembered that guests were supposed to take a trip to the ladies room for a fun surprise.  So Ann and I took the babies inside and found a man painted on the wall with a leaf covering his...well you know what.... when we lifted up the leaf an alarm went off, we screamed, and Henry started crying.  We ran out of the restroom and the whole restaurant was laughing...what a memory!

Henry loved hanging out in the sand.  We didn't stay too long and we went when the sun was setting so we didn't have to carry to much gear out there.  It was so relaxing and Henry actually had a great time!

The one thing we were worried about was Henry pooping when he got into the pool.  Luckily that didn't happen! I was prepared because he does this every night in the tub.  I guess the little guy knew the difference and there were no accidents to clean up:)
